Acceptance of terms
By ordering products, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you cannot order products.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The issue date is displayed at the beginning of the notice. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Natural variations in material
Tiles, clinker, and terrazzo are living materials that appear differently in different lights. For this reason, colors and textures in the actual product may differ slightly from how they are rendered on screen.
Solid terrazzo is an organic material with natural variations and a lively, random pattern. Therefore, the color and expression in the actual product may vary compared to how it appears on the website. Different types of terrazzo have varying degrees of variation, which affects how much the tiles can differ from a sample.
Variation in color between different batches of tiles is completely natural and part of the material's charm. Different tiles have varying degrees of variation, which affects how much the tiles can differ from a sample.
It is important for you as a customer to order enough tiles the first time, as we cannot guarantee that we can deliver the same batch at a later date. A batch means tiles from the same production run. More information about our products can be found on the website.
Errors
Please note that our website may contain typographical errors. These inaccuracies may relate to product descriptions, pricing, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate (including after you have submitted your order).
Cancellation of purchase
You always have the right to cancel the order before it has been dispatched from us. If you cancel the order, we are entitled to compensation for costs we have incurred in connection with the order.
Responsibility and claims
We are responsible for original defects in the products, or defects that occurred during delivery. Inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Claims for delivery damage must be documented with a picture and reported to the driver/responsible shipping company.
If there is visible damage to the pallet, packaging, or goods upon delivery, ask the driver to note this on the waybill or in the handheld device before you sign for receipt.
Hidden damages, discovered only after unpacking, must be reported to us as soon as possible, but no later than seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. In case of a claim, the damage must be clearly described and supplemented with pictures documenting the damage.
If you believe the products are otherwise faulty, you can create a claim by notifying us. Please include pictures and a clear description of the alleged defect. You must claim within a reasonable time. You cannot claim for defects discovered later than three (3) years from the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for any errors caused by you, for example, where you have not followed the maintenance instructions or if you have damaged the products.
Claims after installation are not accepted.
Please note that we accept a difference of +-1 mm in format and thickness. This does not apply to zellige tiles, where a greater variation in format and color is a natural part of the material's character.
Shipping and delivery
For stock items, the delivery time is normally 3-5 working days.
For order items, the production time is approximately 1-6 weeks, followed by about five (5) working days for delivery to the specified address. During holiday periods, for example around Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer due to reduced schedules of shipping companies.
The shipping cost within Sweden is always SEK 795. For delivery to the rest of Europe, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and delivery method. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect products once they are on their way to you. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
The shipping company will notify you, and you can choose the delivery day and time slot yourself. The order is delivered on a pallet to the property line or apartment entrance. For delivery to a property, the road must be wide enough for the truck to turn around and use a tail lift for unloading. It is your responsibility as the buyer to investigate the conditions for delivery with a heavy truck and heavy goods.
Note that you must be present to receive, sign for, and inspect the goods at the agreed delivery time.
If there is visible transport damage to the pallet, packaging, or goods, ask the driver to note this on the waybill or in the handheld device before you sign for receipt. Then report the damage to us as soon as possible, but no later than seven (7) days from receipt.
Hidden transport damages, discovered only upon unpacking, must also be reported to us. Therefore, check the condition of the goods and the inner packaging immediately after delivery.
We reserve the right to charge costs incurred if the order is not received on the agreed delivery day. These costs may arise, for example, if you have not been available to receive the delivery, could not be reached at the specified phone number, or refused to accept the delivery without valid reason.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge for costs incurred for uncollected packages and return shipping.
For shipments remaining at the shipping company's terminal for more than three (3) working days after the first notification, you as a customer will be charged a storage fee per day and pallet, and the shipment risks being returned. It is therefore important to check your contact details when placing the order, and to respond to the shipping company's notification.
Samples are delivered directly to your home or to the nearest agent.
Right of withdrawal and return policy (private customer)

According to the Distance Contracts Act and Contracts Outside Business Premises Act (Distance Contracts Act), as a private individual, you have a right of withdrawal for fourteen (14) days, counting from the day you received the products. For returns of order items, we charge a restocking fee of 40% of the value of the goods, including freight and VAT.
We only accept returns of entire orders, and the goods must be in new condition, with undamaged original packaging and wrapping. It is therefore important that you open the packaging carefully so that neither the packaging nor the product is damaged.
Original shipping costs are not refunded, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The return shipping cost is based on actual cost and is determined when booking the return.
As a consumer, you are responsible for the condition of the goods during return shipping.
A refund will be issued back to the original payment method as soon as we have received and checked the return.
It is important to know that your right of withdrawal as a consumer according to the Distance Contracts Act does not apply if the total purchase amount is less than SEK 400, for example when purchasing samples.

As a corporate customer, you do not have a right of return, unless otherwise specifically agreed and stated in your order.
