Colour is one of the most powerful tools in interior design — and it can be introduced through various aspects, such as materials, furniture, and details. Below, we have compiled four combinations that we repeatedly return to: palettes that feel well-thought-out and timeless, while also adding character.

Blue and Brown

A combination that has been seen a lot lately, and we understand why.

Pink and Green

The colours counteract each other without clashing — green is nature's neutral, pink is its warm complement.

Yellow, Terracotta and White

Yellow and terracotta somehow share the same sun — they belong to the same warm palette and reinforce each other without competing. In the first bathroom, we see it in its calmest form: lime-rendered walls, white tiles covering the bathtub surround, and terracotta tiles on the floor, with a lemon-yellow wardrobe as the only accent colour. In the fifth room, yellow is more prominent — entire walls in a warm, light yellow hue meet brownish-red tiles and brick-red tiled flooring, with a column-canopy sink and a reddish-brown mirror frame as the only decorations. The combination is bold but never gaudy. It is the sun, the earth, and the clay — a room that feels grounded.
