Shipping and delivery

For stock items, delivery time is normally 3-5 business days.

For made-to-order items, production time is approximately 1-8 weeks, followed by about 4-6 business days for delivery to the specified address. During the summer, our factories have production breaks for a couple of weeks in August, which may extend the production time. Also during holiday periods, such as around Christmas and New Year, and during the summer period, delivery times may be slightly longer due to reduced shipping routes.

Shipping costs within Sweden are always 795 SEK. For deliveries to the rest of Europe, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and delivery method. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we cannot redirect products once they are on their way to you. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

The shipping company will notify you, and you can choose the delivery day and time slot. The order is delivered on a pallet to your property line or apartment entrance. For delivery to a property, the road must be wide enough for the truck to turn around and use a tail lift for unloading. It is your responsibility as the buyer to check the conditions for delivery with a heavy truck and heavy goods.

For delivery to archipelagos or islands, delivery normally takes place to the last location accessible by car. If delivery is desired to a ferry terminal or jetty on the island, this can in some cases be arranged for an additional cost.

Please note that you must be present to receive, sign for, and inspect the goods at the agreed delivery time.

If there is visible transit damage to the pallet, packaging, or goods, ask the driver to note this on the freight bill or handheld device before you sign for receipt. Then report the damage to us as soon as possible, but no later than seven (7) days from receipt.

Hidden transit damage, which is only discovered upon unpacking, must also be reported to us. Therefore, check the condition of the item and the inner packaging immediately after delivery.

We reserve the right to charge for costs incurred if the order is not received on the scheduled delivery day. These costs may arise, for example, if you were not available to receive the delivery, could not be reached at the specified phone number, or refused to accept the delivery without a valid reason.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to subsequently charge for costs incurred for uncollected packages and return shipping.

For shipments that remain at the freight company's terminal for more than three (3) business days after the first notification, you as a customer will be charged a storage fee per day and pallet, and the shipment risks being returned. It is therefore important to check your contact details when placing the order and to respond to the freight company's notification.

Samples are delivered directly to your home or to the nearest agent.
